img_0015This year’s olive harvest – 29 jars of black olives preserved in brine/red wine vinegar, kalamata style. Not bad for one and a half small productive trees!

  1. 1/2 a jar per week will allow you some left over in case of a poor harvest next year. Sooner you than me, much as I enjoy them.
